*I am aware that the
volunteer planners of SeARTle are not responsible for any loss, injury, death
or damage incurred while engaged in any activity for the duration of the
SeARTle 2018 event howsoever arising and whether as a result of negligence or
otherwise, and I indemnify them against all claims.*
Cancellation Policy:
If you find you are unable to attend for
whatever reason, please contact Helen Campbell at hhcampbell22 at comcast dot
net for a refund.
Up to 31 days prior to event, cancellations will be refunded less 3.5% (PayPal fees.)
30 - 25 days prior to event cancellations will be refunded less 10%.
NO REFUNDS available after October 4, 2018 - no exceptions.
