Thanks, everyone!
What a fabulous weekend! So much fun visiting with old friends, making new friends, laughing and giggling at our silliness, and making a lot of art.
Thanks to EVERYONE who contributed their own special creative energy to the mix.
And due to popular demand, we will have a SeARTle art retreat 2015.
Details to be released soon!
But first I need a few days to rest up. :D
Happy Monday!

It's almost time!
In just a few days we will be at SeARTle! Yay! We're so excited!
We’re gathering at Best Western Airport Executel, 20717 International Blvd, Seattle , WA 98198 .
Julie, Beth
and I are looking forward to having a fun weekend with you all! If you need anything while you’re there, you
can text or call me (Helen) at area 360 prefix 927 number 2074.
Beth has compiled a list of close-by “attractions” (Thank you,
Beth!). We've set up a separate page with the details, and will have copies
available at the hotel for you.
Also, we have access to a shuttle that will take
us FREE to Southcenter Mall.
Seattle Express http://seattleexpress.com. They
run from 11:00am to 6pm daily and we just call to reserve a spot. Check their
website for more details.
UPDATES!
Time we start:
We are able to get into the room earlier on Friday, so our
“OFFICIAL” start time has adjusted to 9:00 AM. Art room will remain open until 12:00 noon on
Sunday.
*A reminder that hotel guests receive a complimentary breakfast daily, served from 5:00 - 9:30 a.m.
What to bring with you:
1) Whatever art supplies you wish to play with over the weekend.
2) Snacks for yourself and possibly to share. NOTE: We will
provide water, coffee and tea along with some snacks (i.e. cheese, crackers,
fruit, veggie tray, chocolate). We cannot accommodate food allergies or special
diets, so if you need to, please bring what you are able to eat.
3) Any goodies you want to bring for the “free
table”. Examples are used
postage stamps, vintage book pages, art papers no longer in use, supplies you
bought and are not going to use and that are in good condition.
*Please note that we do not have a way to take
care of what you leave behind, so be prepared to remove any of your remaining items to take with you
when you leave.*
NOTICE: We respectfully ask that you do not
wear cologne or strong scents while at the retreat, so our fellow artists with
allergies will be comfortable. Thank
you!
See you all
very soon!
Beth, Julie and Helen
